We use information to provide the app experience, generate and organize research memos, remember preferences, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and maintain safety and compliance boundaries.

4. Financial Data

DeskMemo is not intended to collect brokerage credentials or execute trades. Do not submit sensitive financial credentials into support messages or free-form app fields.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the product, comply with law, protect the service, or process requests you initiate.

6. Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for security and troubleshooting. You may request deletion by contacting support.
